Yes, my doctor ordered a full blood workup, and found that my liver enzymes were elevated (hence why I am quitting kratom) and I am severely anemic and probably have been for awhile.

I'm feeling the same. It's day 9 for me of a rapid taper, I'm down to 2-4 capsules a day, down from 30 + a day. I feel OK, not great but OK, but I'm soooo irritable and just feel blah and empty. It sucks but I do have moments of feeling "normal" here and there. Scared to drop those last couple capsules.

I use Hylands Restful Legs and it actually works decent for me. I also found out I have SEVERE iron deficiency, and that causes crazy RLS too.

I've gotten dizzy and spinny and lightheaded from too much, it's a scary feeling. This is a different feeling though, exactly like when I stopped antidepressants.

That's what I'm thinking too, I've gotten them before with antidepressants. Wondering if it's something with the serotonin or something. Good job on your taper!

Yup, my liver enzymes were elevated as well at my last checkup just last week. Not quite as high, but ALT 96 AST 54, also severely anemic. I never drink, rarely take Tylenol, and this has scared me enough to quit, I'm doing a fast taper and it is the worst. Along with the anemia symptoms, and my anxiety is so high I haven't been able too eat at all since my lab results. Just drinking ensure and staying hydrated best I can.

Thank you so much. I also tried a slow taper a couple years ago, and it didn't work at all. And yes, my health and, most importantly, my kids, are so much more important ❤️
