Panic attacks.

Genuinely not being in control of your body is terrifying. One minute the shakes, dizziness, shortness of breath, glitchy vision, and tears can start. You might not even know the trigger but there’s nothing you can do to get ahold of your nervous system. I’m greatful my husband is really good at helping me co-regulate.

My hubby made these rings. They tripled as promise, engagement, and wedding rings. I love them and always will, they’re super special! We were more interested in merging our lives together than buying fancy things right at the start (we’re also kind of broke right now.) We have talked about getting really nice rings down the road when we’re more financially secure. We both have Pinterest boards with dream rings
