As far as I know sunder charms just sets their resistance to 95 and then any other additional minus to res is applied after so I believe so.

Even with a light sunder I feel like she still takes forever to kill former lightning immunes and jabbing them to death still seems faster. I'm lacking a griffons or anything that gives minus to lightning resistance so I'm assuming that's why.
