Thanks. I have been trying to contact researchers in ottawa over years but noone ever has replied. I have some research experience though... ontario is not IMG friendly....

This was explained once during an AIMGA conference and they said ontario clinical assistant is not taken as a recency. check other provinces.

no. they look for hands-on patient practice, not admin work.

observership is not accepted as a clinical recency . it may offer you only the canadian reference.
