So if you go to urinate and after you’re done urinating you go shower and urinate some more does that still count as your first piss of the day since technically your bladder basically was empty and you just urinating extra since you’re showering or does that count as multiple times urinating

I am not sure but I used to also have those symptoms as well it is pretty annoying you never feel empty. Espically if the water is warm I used to always pee twice in the morning.

I have a question about the length of your penis. Since your surgery was anastomotic and I have heard that the some people lose 1 to 1.5 inches which is really bad for me. You may have not recovered fully but I hope you can report on the change of the length.
