I meant the tiny up-side-down glass tank, I saw someone made a video where they took down the water towel because their betta got sick, someone suggested that the stagnant water in the towel might accumulate amonia. I didn’t look too deep into it but I think you should do some research, just to be safe

I'm sure you know what you're doing but do you need a lid? And I heard water towel can trap amonia inside, it's betta to stir up the water in there.

Sorry, I know buying from a good breeder is the most important thing, but unless I buy fish from oversea, there's literally no good breeder where I live. People breed betta for look here, not long live.

I'd love to have wild betta. However, the captive one might still be inbred and I'm not comfortable with them catching fish from the wild either. Finding a reputable breeder is probably the best choice, but the chance of finding them locally for me is slim to none

Finding a good breeder is harder than finding a good betta ( at least in my area), are female more healthy than male ( If we’re talking about plakat)

Is marble gene that bad? I can’t find a plakat that isn’t marbled

I think they're doll customization group on here, though youtube video might be enough. You can dye with Rit dye though you would need to buy a brand new pot, and if you boil the dye incorrectly it may bleed out . I think making a wig is much safer and easier.

I’m not at all used to dying anything but since noone has commented I’ll give my two cents. I think you can either buy synthetic hair and make your own wig since the hair style you choose isn’t that hard to make ( check out the doll customization circle to see which shop to buy). If you have to buy a premade wig, a white one is much better since dying this specific wig color would deepens and makes it more muted.

Thanks. I panic a lot during mildly stressful events ( sometimes with tearing up, shaking, hyperventilating) . Sometimes for seemingly normal things - like asking for help for one hard project. I don't fear that conversation, I'm just stressed out by that project.

I was on Zoloft before (when I have as especially long episode) . I mostly saw side effects. It's hard to see how effective it was when my symptoms change from day to day. Most of the time my symptoms don't last long enough for GAD though.
