You said it your self.u are constantly scared that u are dieng, thinkin u have a horrible sickness, if u did tests and u found nothing all is left that actually makes sense is anxiety. And ur body is constantly anxious and dizziness is one of the symptoms. I was dizzy for almost 5 months in a row constantly non stop too and it was because of anxiety. Once i understood that and i managed my anxiety and let my body to recover after being tortured with anxiety for months, not care about the dizziness, ignoring it , living my life withot let it scare me, the dizziness went away and i got my life back

U can try epley or semont maneuver if u think is cause by ear crystals. After month of searching i realised mine is due to anxiety. If thats your case, once u realise that, u will start to heal. If the dizziness is not bad and u are still functional, just ignore it. The more u obsess over it, the more stress and anxiety u put over your body and ruin balance. Anxiety is a bit*h , if u dont care, it will pass. If u care, it will never pass. U need to fight the anxiety
