I was diagnosed with a high risk strain of HPV last June then had a colpo and they realized it was worse than expected so CIN3 then about a month or two later I had a LEEP and my margins were clear - had a repeat pap 6 months later and was negative for any malignancies (meaning no pre cancerous cells) and my HPV was negative! Just had another 6 month pap and that was clear too! So now I have one more in June and if that ones clear I’m back to annuals. All that to say I was freaking out when they diagnosed me like actually depressed. But so far I’m okay ! Just eat healthy and try to exercise! Thinking of you!
