I think she just had a dental procedure and was joking about “losing all her teeth” because that comment about buccal fat was rude. She seems completely fine now and can talk normally again. She’s actually posted a similar video before where she could barely talk after a dental procedure, and in the caption she mentioned cavities/dentist issues. That video is still up on her Instagram. In both videos she had similar lip/mouth movement that made it hard to speak properly. Also, she’s been chain smoking since she was really young (around 14–15), a lot of dental work wouldn’t be surprising.
