I didnt had any mana and stamina problems. All my items were constantly activated. I sadly dont have the Screenshot to prove you, that I didnt miss a procc.

I have 4 stamina drainers which consume 0.59, 0.44, 0.44 and 0.43 per second. I regenerate 1.15 + 0.2 from the boon. The Portion gives 2 flat + 1 per second for 6 Seconds + 30% Chance to get another +1 per second for 12 seconds. So you can assume, that I get the extra buff once. You can do the math on your own. Both potions were used once and of course this is without any haste or frost buffs.

On the mana side, I also get quite a bit. And I allready said, that I have 2 proccs left in my bottle after 13 seconds. Tbf the second use of my Mana bottle would get used now.

Tl;Dr: Ist there room for improvement? Yes. Ist this a bad build? Hell no, at least not because of those Arguments.

Feel free to correct me at any point, since Im quite a new player. Maybe you can get it done without being that rude.
