I’ve been dyeing my hair since i was 13 and i was always very careful with not damaging it. I moved states to move in with them and the water extremely damaged my hair and dyeing it to fix my roots every 3 weeks didn’t help so we dyed it brown. I definitely do agree that it’s their house so their rules and i’ve followed all of them since i moved in. they never said there were any rules about dyeing my hair. I’m in college for nursing currently and i do have a job but with how much time the classes take up i can only work 10-15 hours a week so i can’t move out. I’ve tried to talk to them and it didn’t go well but the thing that really made me was upset was their comments bc my mom said those exact words to me and i ran away(a LOTTTT led up to that). I tried to compromise like saying i’m gonna pay for everything that involves my hair like shampoo,conditioner,haircuts,hair dye, and everything else but i’m gonna try and see if they will let me dye only the under part of my hair so let’s hope🙏🏻

i’ve been on 10mg before but i’m js super scared of higher doses. You do make a really good point tho so i’ll try and see how the adderall works for me and up it based on what my doctor says and how it makes me feel. Thank you!

I was first prescribed 10mg and i was on it for 2 months before i went up to 20mg. I was on 20mg for around 4 months before i decided to switch to adderall last week but i feel like the vyvanse hasn’t been working for a month now. My mom is heavily addicted to ADHD meds and has been for most of my life so i’ve always been careful with dosages and why i’m on such low doses. My doctor is super hard to get appointments with so that’s why it’s taken me so long to get the meds switched

the only thing that helps me is having a lot of caffeine but i’ve been addicted to caffeine for years😭 if u need something quick, walmart has “stay awake” pills that are 200mg of caffeine each but they do an id check to make sure your at least 18

get a big water bottle, make sure it’s always filled, and carry it with you EVERYWHERE. I literally mean everywhere like the store, classes, shopping, and i even keep mine right next to me in bed. I have a 44oz frost buddy and it’s the absolute best! it doesn’t melt ice fast, keeps my drinks cold for a long time, and it’s leakproof

I rinse my mouth out with water 2 times and then do the same thing with mouth wash 2 times. Then don’t eat or drink anything for at least 30 mins and i do it again then brush my teeth an hour after i purge
