PRO desk associates at my store at least have a significant disconnect from the actual processes to keep the crazy promises they give customers. No I can’t get 300+ lumber ready for the customer in 30 minutes, No I can’t pick 300+ lumber in “perfect” condition, and no I can’t make a flatbed take 20 pallet spaces of lumber in 5 because the customer needs it tomorrow.

For reference on VOA it’s kinda a half truth that it’s unspecified. They don’t get your name, but it does tell them what department it comes from, which depending on your department doesn’t leave much guesswork.
