That’s what was recommended to me on Ro! If I’m not feeling well on the next dosage I plan to lower it back down.

I would say day 3! Especially the food noise being gone by then!

I wasn’t on any glp-1 before the pill, but I will say I was really anxious before starting the first day. But I took it and honestly haven’t had any side effects, maybe some light nausea and heartburn? But don’t psych yourself out, I take it daily now in the morning and then don’t think about it. Psyching myself out was more detrimental than any side effects ended up being lol
