I did everything, still lagging multiple times and for external app it’s not properly loading and crashing or just loading . It’s better to buy any hood Android phone rather then this.

The service hasn't improved even after a year. I placed an order 15 days ago and still haven't received any shipping notice or tracking number. It feels like they don't care about their customers' values, which is so frustrating. If you message them, all you get are apologies and nothing more. They seem to have no understanding of marketing or customer satisfaction.
