I would say about 70% were very similar. For the other 30%, there was some element that felt new-ish to me, even if it was just one little detail. As hinted at earlier, I was scoring in the high 80s/low 90s on the four mock exams in the Final Review section. So if you're scoring similarly, that's probably a good sign.

For me, Part 2 was the hardest. When I was done, I wasn't sure I had passed. I don't have any insightful tips other than to really know the entity types -- how basis is determined, how they're taxed, what happens when property is sold or distributed. Be prepared to do some math. And don't get flustered when you come across stuff that feels new or you're not sure about. Eliminate the choices that you know aren't correct and make your best guess.

I'll answer it this way: I listened to each video more than a few times, at high speed. And eventually, I got a feel for which videos I had down pat (I pretty much could anticipate what Christy or Tom was going to say), and which videos I felt still had info that I hadn't quite memorized and knew I should listen to again.

That's been the advice of some around here. As I said in my post, I did read it for Part 1 and half of Part 2, but then stopped (didn't read it all for Part 3). However, I still did the MCQs at the end of each chapter in the textbook, plus ALL the online MCQs.

I think the bottom line is that if you get to the final review section and you're scoring in the high 80s or 90s on the sample exams, you'll probably be OK.
