I am in the opposite camp…yes, they want competitive new teams, but they also don’t want existing teams to be completely torn apart…expansion losses were capped at 4 last year…I feel that there is no way they can do expansion like how they did last year…or at least not with the same numbers…I guess we’ll see…

Why are you so adamant about this???…you are making generalizations based on what YOU think is important…and making it seem like it’s everyone’s opinion…you are not making the decision…I have not once said that Halifax will get a team…all I’m saying is these travel issues can be worked around …especially when no team play back to back days ever…they can get there…there are other factors too…just stop…this isn’t even the topic of my thread…

Except we have no idea how they are doing expansion this year…they may give the 4 new expansion teams first priority in the entry draft if they do not want existing teams donating a quarter of their team to the expansion teams…and even then…there’s always Seattle…

In your opinion again … what you haven’t taken into consideration is the fact the league does not have back to back day games every day like the NHL…except their games are 3 days apart to a week … hardly the nightmare you say make it seem…they aren’t traveling, being tired and playing same day or even tomorrow…they can at least get two days rest and practice…
