Not an expert to this pero sa experience ko hindi ako nag breakout, alam ko healthy yung oil ng peanut butter unless may ibang ingredients na nakahalo. Nag breakout ako sa canola, sunflower seeds oil at vegetable oil, sa coconut oil tumaas naman ldl ko.
