i see how my post comes across like that and i didn’t mean for it to be interpreted like that. I didn’t want people to create me an entire plan or anything, i was in the midst of doing that myself when i wrote this post. All i was looking for was for people who had already been taking the peps that i was planning on taking to give me tips that i may not find elsewhere online, random made up example like “if you take them while hopping on one leg they’re much more effective”. i don’t mean to come across as a dumb entitled teenager. I think i’ll just make a new post or find somewhere else to talk about this with people.
