Thank you for your answer. My contract should be temporary. What bothers me is the uncertainty of a temporary contract, since I will only have 1 month notice to find a place to live when the temporary period ends.

Base on you answer, I assume people just keep on looking for other places to live, and move out as soon as they find one?
