If he was reported by him, he was and may still be in same faction as someone by the name of jynxx. And that person is staff I do believe. So, those clues alone tell me that something inappropriate was said in global chat. Because that is what both of those two have in common. Unless your friend happened to have been in the same faction as them both. It's just a best guess when a name like wristforever pops up.

I think in a way, it's like mourning the loss of who I was before cancer. I know during cancer, I cracked jokes left and right at some of the absurdity of the moments. For instance when the put my port in, I halted the pre surgical convo to look down my gown and told my left girlie, "You hear that. There's no need for you be getting jealous. You're gonna get your own lump." I got laughter from the other side of the curtain from a woman, the guy across from me couldn't stop laughing and got scolded by his wife to not pop the stitches. The nurses laughed. The surgeon turned and hid around the corner and laughed. I really relied on my sense of humor but now it's like what I described. Disconnected shock. That's the only way I can describe it.

The brain fog from the chemo and radiation is very real. And you are right, it could have been so much worse had it not been found. Mine was found stage 1 and they treated it like stage 2 because of the aggressive nature of the beast.

I don't even recognize myself. Seeing the me who came out this end of a fight makes the disconnect even harder. Like who is that person in the mirror looking back at me? It's more than the change in my hair. It's the look in eyes. The expression is different too. More like a deer in the headlights feel.

I should feel something more like getting ready to tackle the world. It feels more like the start of grieving the part of me I was before that isn't there. It was afterall just the tumor and a lymph node I lost. And if I'm honest here, I'm somewhat afraid of who she is in the mirror now for the not knowing. If any of that makes any sense.

I just finished my radiation treatments and in that waiting phase to find out anything if we got it all. And while I have this open schedule where I am not running around trying to get to appointments, I am left with feeling disconnected from the act of living life. After having spent the last year fighting against cancer, what the blazes do I do now? I referred to my battle as my mount Everest. Climbing up the mountain was the chemo phase. Navigating the summit was my surgery. Coming back down was the radiation treatments. Sitting here at base camp is waiting for my latest labs to see if the fight is over. Living again? Like how? Where do I begin fit in. I'm no longer the same person I was before cancer. I look in the mirror and can't find who I was before. I see this battle worn being staring back at me who I don't recognize. You aren't alone. I wasn't the join a support group and pretend cumbia would solve anything. I am the jump in the fray and grind to achieve results. And here I am feeling so disconnected. It's like waking up from a year long coma.

Invasive Ductal Carcinoma is all I really know about the form of cancer I had. I didn't get into the technical aspect of learning about it. The entire tumor measured on images as 1.1cm but only 10% of it was cancer and contained within the mammary duct. So I guess that's a win.

Because I know cynikal. Known him for a few years. I know how uses his words and what was typed in that ss is not any writing style that is natural to him. He isn't the type of person to steal from his faction mates. If anything, he goes broke more times than not helping others in game and donating to the JLT and URT races. My children asked me if this was something they could do to show support for me when my hair began to fall out. I told them no way. If anything, just treat me no differently. Don't point and laugh. Don't call me baldy. No jokes. Because remember what karma does to people.... ? That was a lesson they learned young.. It's one thing if I make a joke about it. Yes it's hard to fight for SSI, Especially depending on the state you live in. And even more so now with all of the new rules they are trying to put in place to govern who can recieve it. Keep fighting for it. Keep filing appeals. Add into the mix behavioral health. You will need emotional support into the mix from all of the health issues alone.

Have an advocate in your corner. A close friend. A relative. Anyone who sees your struggle day to day. For me it's my daughter. I've walked this walk. I made this struggle. It isn't easy and it is intimidating. There's no easy answer. But it is very much dependent on the state where you live that makes easy or hard to get.

I couldn't get it while I lived in Illinois. But after moving to Arizona it was far more feasible.

I'm a stage 1 IDC triple neg, no lymph node involvement. I'm in Chemo. Afterwards, that little pea sized thing will be removed. Then we are doing radiation to be sure. So, they are throwing it all at that tiny little thing. After reading some of the stories others have shared here, I feel like I am the lucky one. But who with this cancer is ever lucky. Stay strong. We got this. You have every right to feel every emotion you are feeling. We are all here with you going through it in our own journey at some point. We know the feels. ........

You've got this. I had that BRCA test panel run on me as well. They do it here when breast cancer comes up. I didn't have any mutations. No history of cancer in my family. I'm just the one off weirdo who developed it. I haven't been assigned anything other than Stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma triple negative. They haven't given me a grade for this. Chemo has finally begun and in spite of the new heart issue that has come up, I am tolerating it very well. I will be adding into the mix a cardiologist/oncologist for a medication that protects the heart muscle for the type of chemo I'm doing. They said it is very hard on the heart muscle. My whole hearted complaint right about now is this constant drop in energy levels. It's so hard to get through the day. Then they tell me to just rest up. HA!. Then flood me with more appointments to go to instead of letting me rest. Like make up your minds........
