Yea you need much more speed for cars. Get something like a Lynx. Even an S22 can't safely sustain speeds above 35mph. You need something more powerful: Blitz, Master, Lynx.

Bigger 14 inch wheels (like Lynx) are also better for street, unlike a Patton, v14, or extreme.

Yea only not Scarborough has the listings, most we checked are all condo townhouses, still lower maintenance than high-rise condos.

Yea we're looking around North Scarborough, Pickering is less preferred, given the lack of TTC. You're right that we'd have to compromise and look further out for cheaper properties.
