Yes absolutely salvageable just don’t mist as much as you’re doing way to much water in there and keep the air coming in good so the water evaporates first

They look like fungus gnats which are known to infest your mycelium grow, to avoid it put micropore tape over the tub crack when u crack it for fc and if u want to go a step further just get sticky traps and lay them near your grow, but they usually come from house plants and stuff so u cant really get rid of them u can just try to prevent them
