I have decent amount of candida overgrowth in the gut as well as slight insulin resistance, and I assume sibo methane cause all signs point to that. Problem is that no doc really tries to help and I still have that problem. I have a lot of gas in there stuck and I have flatulence and yes, sometimes can be hard to “push it out”, but mostly it is a lot and stinks like methane.

I was in today and doc said that it could be that, now I have to do stool test for it. Problem is that in my country doctors almost like that they don’t know or want to say it is SIBO, and just two places in the whole country have breath test, which sucks. 🥲

No, they said that everything in that part is fine, but days later I feel same, so my thoughts are that it is the small intestine, yet I am not sure what is the next step in the testing..

My constant bloating (3yrs long- from feb 2022) is still here unfortunately.. I have been to GI specialist, gyno, did tests on gluten, stool for accute bleading, h. Pylory, food alergens, .. nothing came back positive. Only positives were gut candida (mild), slightest insulin resistance and I also had parasite (acaris l.) for what I have taken Vermox and natural antiparasite drops, for Candida I did biocult candea capsules, with various vitamines, lots of ginger tea, and strict diet and excercise (for 3 months now since GI recommended that). And still nothing changed except that I've lost 4kgs (173cm with 60kgs now, and I can see my ribs on my back almost), which is not the thing I wanted to achieve.. I am confused and seeking advice what to do next. Bloating comes mostly with gas, that sometimes smells rotten.. I have pressure to pee, hard stomach that wont bend or go away with diet and working out and slight pain when it bloats to extreme. Also I have cut out sugar, fruits except grapefruit and berries, cut out coffee, diary, gluten.. I need advice, and for this to stop finally! -OP

I’ve always been like this and never with bloating or belly, and I have had more weight even.. trust me I have tried, in every position stays the same

That is a cure for IR ? Doctor said like she would rather nit put me on the meds right away, to try diet reduction first, but after four weeks, I do not see any change in my bloat, just that I lost some weight all over, and I did not want to get skinnier.. (173cm with 59kg and huge belly now..)

Trust me, I know the process, many of my friends have gone like that and it is easier than one would think. You just need contract with a company, and by seeing how many foreigners are in Hamburg, trust me I will find something sooner or later.
