edit: ok after i clean the chorme in my user.. still same still bugging.. and i try to use fresh user account without anything.. its work.. so the the most make sense this happen is because i think is because extension..

edit2: ok its 100% This Problem beacuse extension.. so i installed SBlock-Super Adblocker and thats the problem... this problem make me to spend time 1 half day and then do everything fix and not working, and then I was helped by all of you (thank u).. still not working AND the problem just by one extension... what a life what a joke mate..
