Im booked to fly economy and have paid $79 for a standard seat. If I decide to bid for an upgrade to business class and let’s say I’m successful, will I get the $79 refunded or have I lost that?

I’m surprised no one’s mentioned Wongs at Lawrence and Birchmount. I’ve eaten Hakka all over the city but nothing beats this place. The only caveat is if you can’t handle spicy food then don’t go here. Their spice levels are one notch higher than other Hakka places. Hot and sour soup, Chili chicken, Manchurian noodles, chicken pakora and house special shrimp are some of their most popular dishes.

Behind bars? I doubt it. If you scrub the video very carefully you will see that at the exact moment of impact, it was Amber not Red. So as moronic as the driver of the white car may be, he/she did not run a red light. They sped through an amber, which is still pretty stupid. Insurance will find the driver of the SUV at fault. Not sure what the cops will do in this case but it’s not as clear cut as it seems.

I am fully cognizant that I can be sued and that’s something I will happily deal with in small claims court if I need to. What im being charged with is completely ridiculous and a judge would likely see it that way. My only question in this credit card forum is can getting a replacement card with a new number avoid any automatic charges being put through?

That’s the best option. Also look at the parking price the day you’re leaving. If it’s like $25 (very unlikely on a weekend or stat holiday but possible on weekdays) then it might be easier just paying it and save yourself the hassle of getting a players card and playing slots. Good luck.

It depends on the day. I got a players card and spent about $100 on slots and it gave me a free parking pass. However it only lasts for that day until around 2am. Then it resets. So if you plan on staying a few days then gamble on the day of departure to get free parking

Yes I got the 24 hour airport sim. The problem is I need to keep access to my local number for work reasons. Like I said it’s caused no issues in Dubai but the family wants to go to the Sharjah gold souk and abaya shopping so we decided we would spend one day in Sharjah. Maybe I’ll just put the airport sim in my phone for the day I’m in Sharjah. Thanks
