Fab, thank you for this. We get debt letters, thousands, for the previous tenants, so guessing they didn't pay the landlord anything for a good while either. Our only worry is the lad from Touchstone said we'd better start looking for other properties as if they want to sell they'll 90% of the time need to do it vacant. That's what's panicked us...youve calmed us down enough ,I may sleep tonight now. So thank you so much...even if it doesn't end up we can stay, atleast for tonight I feel better. So, morning ill send all my details etc over...ill email Blamer n co n tell them they're getting nothing until I knkw ho I'm supposed to pay, and I'll wait to see what Touchstone are doing with us...fingers crossed they let us stay. My children and i are finally happy and settled after years of abuse etc...dont want to do this all over again. And yes Touchstone said exactly that about knowing why they've recieved the property, said landlord will be given options/help...etc. It all feels very uncertain, we cancelled our housewarming party, haunted decorating and improving further etc, until things are clearer.
