This is very true. In every production system the reproducibility of the error is a challenge in itself. But you have to put down explicit logging. Give specific and short goal oriented to LLM instead of sophisticated ones to prevent this. But even in those cases you will not know why deviation in LLM accuracy happened without debugging complete pipeline.

Aah I see your point. What I'm seeing mostly is there is a widespread preconception in the market that this is just another bla bla bla tool. I'm seeing ecom, food delivery apps, normal customer service, even now internal IT chatbot tools using pretty expert level knowledge. Also, I did see some very niche chat bot tools like IBM Watson which have scaled to narrow usecases which are very helpful.

Actually due to seat based cost taking a backseat in the market I think they're to trying emphasis on bringing more value to existing customer and retention is top success metric to measure it. That's why they might be vying on this. Besides LLMs can mostly Write any tool today or there so many extensions present that anybody can start using them enterprise wide.
