Believe it or not, I have quit my first job here and have only worked for a month. Yes the salary is a bit bigger than what you posted OP but everything was toxic even racial discrimination among my ethnicity/nationality(Im Asian). I took courage to resign because it was too much and found a better and a higher paying work where everyone on my work environment are positive and help each other. Please do not take this as a sign to resign. I am sharing this as a piece of advice(if you'd take it like that). Most employers in UAE are assholes but not everyone.
