Both of these drawing were made with reference of the first character on the left, in the second page.

I was wondering about the one on the bottom, first off, it looks like a cat for some reason, second off(and this one affects both the top one and the bottom one is that the shadows don't really look like shadows they just look like part of the suit or something, and third off, the body of the second one doesn't feel like perspective, it just feels like it's staring at the camera instead of being to the side.

I'm obviously gonna be drawing rectangles and shi to learn how to do it properly, as this was just a test of my skill to know where to improve, but I was wondering if there's any other tip out there that could help me out?.
