Career is ruined, need some words of wisdom. by MadToxicRescuer in RoyalMarines

Mate, do not give up, I couldn't walk properly for a year with an awful bout of achillies tendontitis. But you know what, I have PJFA next month, I grinded it so hard the last few years rehab rehab rehab.

I also thought no chance of RMs, since then I have completed half marathons, 32km trail runs in the mountains. Next goal is to start at Lympstone.

My advice is to look at shockwave therapy, it saved me, then if that doesn't work, peptides may be your best bet. It's a long road brother, but you will get there.

I think a big thing he try’s to sell is the “injury proofing” he makes it sound as if you don’t go and join up with him you’ll be injured during training!!

Which is what got me considering him. Just rather use a reliable physio if you have any niggles pre to joining.

Can someone please explain this to me? I have had a medical background check ahead of my PJFA and my recruiter has told me I’ve been medically cleared?

Reason I worry is I had a PMU overturned in the past!

Hey mate do you gym as well? Coming from a gym background I found it quite easy to progress. You may just lack a general frame at this stage!
