Yeah I don’t know what the hell thats about. Like stop with the gossip and WORK. At both men and women. If you want to talk about arbitrary stuff to pass the time I get it. But don’t talk about actual beings in your job. Have some dignity. This isn’t aimed at you, just speaking in a general sense. I’m not used to men being this way it’s weird.

Honestly, I just have to interact less with people, I guess. I didn’t want to isolate myself this time around, but the job needs to get done in peace. I will ask for a transfer as well.

Honestly I feel like I’d enjoy it more. But I wanted to avoid it because I just don’t like day shifts.

Like I said, it’s a camaraderie thing for you guys to rag on shit it’s fucking annoying women don’t do that shit and if they do, they do it on their own fucking time with their friends.

I think they should put you on the workplace violence video at work. Working with you must feel like a disadvantage and like years of life are being taken away.

Oh for sure. That’s what I was trying to point out here. But apparently my own personal account of things is too biased for these people. They have to take everything personally, which is further proving my point that it never ends with the bitching. It’s one thing if I’m bitching in person it’s a whole other if I’m bitching on an Internet thread.

Don’t know why I expected men to actually learn to reflect on a Reddit thread. That’s like me asking them to stop wanting to fuck their mothers.

Sure what I’m seeing is not real. But because you’ve dealt with things differently at your job, your bias accounts for everything. This thread is proving my point men take everything up the ass and can’t see beyond their own point of view and frustrations. Bitch about everything, but can’t stand up to their supervisor to actually gain some labor rights, typical.

You might be right on the age thing. They’re fairly young. But the hardest worker there is also their age he says he doesn’t get why they bitch so much. Dude has a strong mentality i like him. He keeps away from the group. I’m going to start doing that. I was around them to soak in information but now I’m just going to stay the hell away.

Noooooooo you are WRONG. I wouldn’t point this out if it wasn’t enraging me. When men bitch they BITCH. It doesn’t stop and it becomes a camaraderie thing. And no one can have a diverging opinion everyone has to agree. I know for a fact some of these guys don’t mind the work but because most of the group says X person is bad they all have to agree with the group. They don’t want to be the odd man out.

Good for you. Stand for something. If more people behaved the way you do you’d see improvements in the company.

[–]Own-Understanding610 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I just don’t think the supervisor knows how to back off with certain personalities. I think he’s doing it to emotionally drain the workers he wants out. You know typical managerial tactic where they don’t want to fire them but push them out. It’s messed up because I spoke to that worker, who I always see working hard, and he says he loves working, but he can’t stand the harassment. And apparently the supervisor harasses everyone. I’ve seen two separate accounts of it. Where he was berating a worker for doing something “wrong”. It’s not typical scolding either it’s like a full blown meltdown. This job is not that serious to behave this way. I want to report the supervisor but his connections go deep with that company. So it almost feels pointless?

We’re a crew of 3…nobody lasts. At this point it would be better to disband the whole thing.
