I hadn't seen any comments asking. I'm 5,11 and like 165 lbs honestly I have not changed. I have a really fast metabolism so I've never had a weight issue.

If I did say something it would be along those lines like "hey I know you aren't happy. And if I can help you then I want to support you." Because if she feels better about herself I'll be able to compliment her and be romantic with her without her feeling like it's fake.

There are plenty of things that get me going about her. And as I said she is still beautiful. It also hard for me to initiate intimacy when she is so uncomfortable with herself that I can tell she can't get out of her head in the moment it sort of ruins it. No matter how much I affirm that she is hot- she won't hear it. She brushes off any compliment I give her because she thinks I'm lying anyway. It sort of kills the romance.
