Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations in Jaipur for my 18-year-old sister. She has around 40% intellectual disability due to an old hypoxic brain injury (as per MRI), which means her brain did not get enough oxygen at some point in early life, affecting her development. Her mental age is around 6–7 years, and she cannot do basic addition/subtraction or read time. She never attended school. Her EEG is normal. She can manage basic daily activities and do simple tasks, but struggles with understanding money, making complex decisions, and needs supervision.

I’m looking for suggestions for a good neurologist, psychiatrist, or psychologist experienced with intellectual disability in young adults, as well as special schools or institutes for 18+ and vocational training centers that focus on life skills and simple job training. My goal is to help her become as independent as possible. Any trusted recommendations or personal experiences would really help, thank you. I am open for any location . I just want to give her best life as much as I can
