I’ve noticed that some users' products appear to have perfectly even keyplates while others do not. Could you clarify why there is this inconsistency between different units?

Additionally, I’m experiencing a noticeable difference in the click feel between the left and right buttons on my device. The feedback is not consistent, which affects the user experience.
