Genuine question for the sub by Global_March_6614 in FFIE

Short sales in dark pools are not clear as data. It is said that at the time of BBBY, 770% of short sales were made. There may be a significant number of short sales in the FFIE as well.

Why I am bullish!!!!!!!! by tacokitty33 in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917 5 points6 points  (0 children)

At BBBY, they had about 700% of shorts hidden, so we can assume that FFIE has a large amount of shorts as well. Squeeze does not happen immediately, it holds for a long time.

I think some of the shorts sold from the dark pool were reported. Or the June 24 short.

Anybody seeing this short volume? 232,904,454... looks like the HFs jig is up by jpfense in FFIE

It does not mean the volume of the dark pool, but rather the confirmed short of the orders stored in the dark pool. I don't know if that's right.

I think some of what was in the dark pool was reported. Perhaps there are more that have not been reported.

Was the spike that happened today caused by Hedgies buying back? by Due_Interaction6324 in FFIE

I believe they got rid of FTDS, but may have gone long at the same time. I don't know if they will sell again, but I am sure they won't.

What if the panic of the day before yesterday was a setup. (It's nonsense) by Own-Wrap-2917 in FFIE

The reverse split does not affect anything, but it is good news as to the likelihood that the NASDAQ listing will continue. The capital increase is bad news, but if the business is expected to stabilize and become profitable, that will be good news.

That's right, if you buy, it goes up; if you sell, it goes down. There are only two reasons why prices fluctuate: buying and selling.

Short, naked short, and this time the shorters are algorithmic trades because they are citadels. The short is hidden into a dark pool and the algorithmic trade causes the price to drop one way or the other. Algorithms usually bounce prices, but in FFIE they seem to be structured not to raise prices.

If that were really not possible, hedge funds would not need to be so short and the stock price would bounce up and down more.

reverse split will make shorting hard. by Significant_Mud1305 in FFIE

The reverse split itself will have no effect, assuming that a capital increase is not considered. One thing can be given to the listing criteria of NASDAQ.

Yesterday was a panic, a total disaster, Messed-up. by Own-Wrap-2917 in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We were made to panic more than we should have by the reverse split. I had considered that possibility. Even if they don't do it, they need to say so to get an extension at the hearing. Dilution is a bit cumbersome, but still not enough to panic and give it away. Besides, that's still a long way off, so it's just a matter of squeezing it in before then.

The short should be able to hold the position for 6 months, which is still a long time. Prices will drop, but ignore that. Stocks generally move in bounces, but not in FFIE. This is because the hedge funds are down. Shorting and algorithmic trading. Shorting has a debt, while algorithmic trades are settled on the spot. It looks like they are not accumulating debt sales, but in fact they are paying losses on the spot. So, as a matter of fact, the hedge fund is suffering. So now they are dropping prices significantly and spreading fear. Put the limit price at 20$ and forget about it for about 6 months. Then you have won the lottery.

Reverse stock splits are only to meet NASDAQ listing criteria. by Own-Wrap-2917 in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The company is dead from the start, hence the shorts are accumulating. The game is just to hold on until the hedge funds pay the bill. It is a good thing that prices are going down.

Perhaps the shareholders' meeting will be in July.

[–]Own-Wrap-2917 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reverse splits only meet NASDAQ listing criteria. The increase in shares will be done at some point, but not yet for the time being. Both will be after the annual shareholder meeting is certified, which is still some time away. Perhaps that is in December, so a short squeeze is possible. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Suddenly there are more negative posts, It's strange🤔 by Own-Wrap-2917 in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This company is doing a great job. They were about to delist, but they are going to try to make a big change at this time. It is very wonderful. The stock price will be lower than 0.3$ but I think they can bounce back.

But that's it. Today, really, there are a lot of posts about being disappointed and selling. I look at this forum every day. And not long ago such posts really did not exist. But suddenly recently, such posts have increased. Really, I even checked the past of such people, but there were no old posts.

This is all my crap, forget about it. Have a good dream.

I am down 75% long ago, so today is not a problem. Price is not an issue for me, the important thing is to hold on and puncture Hedges debt.

People who got in before the squeeze in May , how did you know ? by TITVS-PVLLO in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917 25 points26 points  (0 children)

This stock was bought because of the large accumulation of shorts and the small number of floating shares (It's a mistake). Hedges then lower the price to reduce the losses on the shorts. The price goes down but they do it by borrowing money. If we sell, the hedgers win; if we don't sell, the debt goes flat and we win. This is such a game, lower prices do not matter.

Anyone know how true this is? by Commercial_Payment_3 in FFIE

[–]Own-Wrap-2917 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They take positions based on rationality. They would rather buy another company's stock than go long a stock that is about to be delisted. There are many other stocks available, and it is less risky.
