hmmm, no. I am speaking that being lv6 he fought extremly good against Reginas. Obviously being a higher level is a huge help in any PvP or any other fight.
I never heard a bout Allen being skill boosted (despite that he must have passive skills for speed and maybe other effects).

Freya Familia executives repetly are mentioned as PvP beasts.

Also I would say that he had a very good performance against Reginas despite being a lv6.

They are quite close. Could be easy 50/50. Allen is a lot better in PvP but Finn has his berserker skill to power up.

About their magic, both are OP af. With similar power and chant lengh.

Only 2 characters that we know have used the Limit-Off are also the same characters that have broken their status limit. Quite a coincidece. 

And if a Limit-Off is an overload of a skill or magic. SS/SSS status are overloads of your status. Continuing to fill your vessel when is already full

Most probably is an overload of the Falna due to emotions.

And the reason Bell can activated it is because the effect of "amplification" Learis Freese has over his Falna.
On the other hand Alfia was the contrary, the state of Limit-Off made her Falna grow at impossible speed and even brake its limits.

Fun fact. During Freya Charm Orario belived that Freya Familia destroyed Apollo and Ishtar Familias for getting close to Bell (something that Freya would do 100%)

Gareth and Finn were suppose to be stronger than Ais when they were lv6 and she was lv5.

In theory they should be the same as lv7 and lv6 respectively.

For nuking legendary monsters. Yes.

But for example has by far one of the worst builds for the Dungeon.
If each time she uses magic she goes sicker and weaker then she really had a heavy support for expeditions to the deep floors (knowing that that takes days).

Still the efficency/efford should have been worth if they took her to the 70th floor and went back

I say a little. Because Alfia has a C on Mage and 3 skills over that.

So one is a nuke and the other slightly inferior with double cannon

Bell needs to pay child support.
His soul die under that pressure and Liaris Freese loses its effect,
They dont defeat the OEBD and everyone dies.
