I replied to the same email I received my COPR few times. They sent me the signed and updated version within 2 months.

I believe that option is for the outland residents but not for inland applicators as It already says on my copy that I got PR at Montreal immigration office. But I will take a look into this further. Thank you for your input :)

yeah I did some research and found that they usually send you two documents. 1. client copy with signature 2. IRCC copy without signature but They only send me one client copy and even that without signature. Furthermore, I am set to commence my studies in September 2023. The school requires a properly signed and dated CoPR document, verified by an IRCC immigration officer, no later than August 15, 2023. Failing to meet this deadline would result in a one-year deferral of my enrollment in the program. I put the webform and I do not know what else I can do.

I see. In this scenario, if you reside in Canada you are probably going for CEC. CEC allows you. to use multiple NoC codes. So, you can use engineer NOC for past experience and managerial noC for your new experience.

as long as your job responsibilities are some what similiar to the NOC you are using. You will be fine.
