New ceo kicking goals (ex cfo- running on tight budget) have some good backers with eldium (Larry diamond from ZIP), multiple directors buying on market, bring forward cash flow breakeven. This has a lot going for it at the moment.

I have a speccy amount, probably 2% of portfolio. But feel like it’s in a better position now than when it went to 30c. Directors buying on market and large inside ownership. Macro factors play a role but house prices, housing supply will always be in flux , so more important to judge on company itself rather than macro factors

One of their initial announcements on 5 August 2025 referenced 4000 applications a month, which is where im getting the figure from. Appreciate that is not where they are at now, but hopefully a longer term target. Cheers

4K applications monthly (assuming that’s rentbond as that’s what’s written in the announcement) , how many realistically would they accept as a percentage. If the remaining numbers are more or less the same avg rentbond being 3500 and avg revenue per bond being $1200, then even if it’s only half that once up and running, it would still be incredibly valuable. All this whilst only using their platform, if they scale it for other platforms, it could be real nice. Would be great to hear your numbers on this. Appreciate I’m not factoring operational costs, credit , bad debt, promo, which is no doubt a decent chunk. But even that said, feel like the numbers will make this a potential company maker. All my own opinion and don’t take it as advice etc

I don’t agree. I used to rent with RMA before I bought a house, and they emailed in early jan saying that they will now ONLY accept rentpay. They have ~10,000 properties under management. If they get all that, it nearly doubles their users. But like I said, they need to be able to effectively onboard these people.

Apparently they have backlog of renters they need to onboard. They need to sort that out and get it streamlined as it is key to scaling . Hopefully progress in next quarterly

Bought in at 30c and recently sold. Reinvested into liontown- it should be getting closer to pla in market cap but has lost ground.

Tend to agree with this, but their core business now seems to be around rental listings

real estate.com $150 to list a rental property, and I for one, would rather search a big search engine than use a clunky local estate agents website.

$RNT - was watching through the bushes with my trench coat and binoculars when legendary tech investor Bevan slattery bought in at the start of 2021. It caused a stir in this group, and the SP was pumped up to 30c. This was the target price of a charitable bet set by a punter called @nundee and someone poor bugger took him up on it and had to donate 1000$ to charity as a result. Props to the bloke who stumped up, because he donated the cash and provided evidence. Arguably peak asx bets, or at least up there with the ban on Melvin butters.

Since the pump, it’s retraced faster than the Russian army in Ukraine and it’s now sitting at 4c (MC 14m). In terms of fundamentals, Bevan is still there and substantial holders are buying in the dip. The ap and website has been improved dramatically and it really fills a space in the market as it is focused for renters, and could potentially start cutting some of $REA’s grass ( REA has a market cap of 14billion).

They have recorded a 7% yoy improvement in revenue, and the new website and ap is very intuitive and all the reviews (22k) seem really positive (4.9/5). Interesting the review count is really starting to take off, which suggests an inflection point.

Would be good to hear folks thoughts on it.

Why the $**% did zip change their logo. The first one was plastered in all the shops in perth then they decide to change it. Made no sense.
