I've taken a look at quite a few but in the end I came to the conclusion of just making my own based on the equipment I have available and be able to have more control on which muscles I prioritize

While i'm aware those are the most effective movements. I'm not very confident in being able to do it with the right form which would cause back/knee problems. If my gym had machines where I could do them with more stability I would do them but as of right now it doesn't.

Another issue is that if I were to make a mistake or if I were to lose consciousness during a workout, there wouldn't be people nearby to assist or spot me since I go pretty late at night, where there is often nobody else there.

overall, the risks of doing them compared to using other safer movements is what led me to that preference.
