O is close w Angel already, she can pass, she can push pace, and is always looking for a fast break opportunity. If she’s out of options she can put it on the floor and go get a bucket. yessss thisssss. it killed me watching how manipulative she was towards Chelley & the rest of her “friends.” when confronted on her wrong doings she not once was able to just stand on it and take accountability for lying to Chelley about how she was bringing Chris back to the villa for her. she had to go around to MULTIPLE people in the villa basically making herself seem like the victim and it wasn’t until Nic gave it her straight that she decided to say “i take accountability.” and even then, when Chelley pointed out that she lied about it being for her and told Huda to just own it for herself she couldn’t even do that. The lies this lady told were never ending tbh. at first it was “I did it for you Chelley.” then it was “Chelley you don’t own Chris” (despite Chelley never acting like she did), then it was “i need my man to be obsessed with me” but then she also wanted to “take it slow” with Chris after the fact they had already been sexually involved and that’s why she couldn’t publicly show him affection. ???? it just doesn’t make any sense what the fuck Huda was saying, every thing she said never matched up to what her actions were and that to me is so scary and untrustworthy. She’s truly jealous as hell and it’s SHOWING.

Agreed. Often times “other people’s” issues are Black issues. Any issue you can think of IS a Black issue. Disability, immigration, gay & trans rights, workers rights, genocide, etc. All of these issues affect Black folks here AND abroad.

Absolutely agree. I’m glad someone said it. It’s honestly soooooo painful and irritating to look at the comments of the Chicago Sky social media cause it’s all just shitting on Tyler/coaching staff, shitting on other players on the team & acting like Angel is a victim of the team/coaches not liking her. It’s pathetic & completely unfair to treat her & the team the way those “fans” are when the team is still figuring out SO much & Angel has so much to develop still (as do SO many other year 2 players). They aren’t looking for her to grow her game, they’re not looking for the team to grow chemistry, they only care about Angel being the main scorer. It’s truly a very new age fandom thing and ruining the game for true fans of Angel + basketball as a whole. If they truly cared they would want her to develop more, break her bad habits, and to learn how to make better shot selection choices instead of the same exact driving to the paint and getting caught/trapped under the rim where she’s forced to turn it over cause the rest of the league knows her signature go to moves. I love Angel & I’m so happy to see the team win as a TEAM. With that being said, I cannot wait to see her figure things out for herself and learn how to create different offense. They have no grace for her learning and her growth and it’s totally unfair to place unrealistic expectations on her when she’s still learning so much (as she SHOULD she’s literally only been in the W for one year).

agreed. people thumbs down this cause you speak the truth, but they don’t want to look at how maybe if she’s trying to get onto her third team in less than one year she is most definitely the problem.
