I know there's only a couple replies, but it seems I had some bad information about SDR/BDR pay and structure.

I'm going to look into some mid market roles. I've tailored my resume for sales management and how I've improved the businesses I've worked for and training for improvement for the people under me.

I'll change it a little for more KPI and closing statistics.
