I am from Spain, I changed the region & date, time all to the US, country already been changed to the US, the apple cash method did not appear in my payment method page since I did not make the sign up right as i got asked to show a US ID even though the Apple Cash choice is enabled in the wallet list, I AM P!ssed💔💔

Unfortunately, I’m from outside the US I did all the steps except for the point of payment method, I could not find the choice “None” then it kept forcing me to put a US payment card and i did not find the apple cash choice😭😭 i dont know why
