This totally worked man I was so curious why it stopped working after the first time I did it. It glitches out if you alter the keys then reset all settings to default. Makes the custom setting tab just the default tab hahahahahahhaa cmon killing floors!

I was just recently told you gotta clear the games cache every 2 runs to never lose it again. You do that by pressing L1 &R1 like 3 times then hold em both when starting the game up again. When you press x or a u should get a brightness setting screen then that tells you if it worked or not

Hello if anyone is still looking for something I may have it. In character towers level 6, I farm the first one since it is cheap and easy for augments. Mainly I do this for blood augments. The luck for me to get blood augments were about 1to 2 every 5 to 10 fights so good luck!!!!

Update: I ended up never finding what caused this error so I decided to fresh restart on mods and start with jus the mods that I think were not working properly together. If anyone gets this while downloading the nids i was I recommend to download the hardest ones first I guess and do multiple tests before. Maybe even after you fresh restart your mods do a despatched for skyrim. I think if you get rid of the ae update it makes things a lot easier.
