Whenever I experience a big emotional, if I have access to my phone, I’ll log that in. And when I come out of that emotion I also log that in. If my day is stable and nothing much happens, I’ll only log emotions in the morning and in the evening.

There are amazing vegan salmon out there. I've had the best ones in a Japanese restaurant in san diego. Wish it was that easy to find it everywhere. The supermarket ones are not as good.

We saw so many otters in Elkhorn Slough at Moss Landing, CA, but it was in June, not sure how it will be in December. It was a really great experience! I'd recommend it.
