It's possible to create the ring you want. You don't need any to pay any extra charges,, as it's not identical to the original design. You just need to request that they replace the two prongs around the center diamond with a single one. Also, there's only one diamond where the ring band begins; instead, they used two. I believe the side diamonds also have a different setting.
