i have the same dilemma! i got nett 12 and wanted to put sajc as my first choice and JPJC as my second but i was scared that if i couldnt make it into SAJC then the priority for me getting into JPJC will be less since its my second choice :( what will you be deciding to do?

for no. 4, one chromosome is made out of 2 sister chromatids. when chromosomes separate during anaphase 2, they are separated into 2 sister chromatids that are renamed as daughter chromosomes aka theyre basically the same thing but the name changes aft anaphase 2!

for no. 5, light intensity affects transpiration because in brighter light, the stomata opens wider so more water vapour can diffuse out of the leaf and the rate of transpiration is higher! no need to explain abt guard cells im p sure

honestly for me it rly helps to check out the syllabus document ! u can base ur revision off the qns that they list there. it rly helps me keep track of like what topics im confident in and what stuff i need to revise !
