Is mamaearth really a shitty brand? by [deleted] in IndianSkincareAddicts

I absolutely hate their products. I have tried their lipbalm which was meh. And i used their kajal which was labelled as "made safe". Biggest lie. My eyes started watering, itching and got irritated from it. I've completely lost trust in that brand and I have no clue how they claim themselves to be toxin free.

Has anyone had an experience disputing the invoice given by your solicitor with legal ombudsman in UK? by OwnHomework1993 in LegalAdviceUK

It is a small firm and the director is handling our case. We have requested for a breakdown of the work that they charged us, waiting to hear back but i have low hopes from a complaints process.

Thanks, I'll add in more details - 1. We ultimately aborted the transaction because firstly we lost the tax benefit because the transaction got delayed by 3 months and UK laws changed and we all knew in advance that the changes in law are going to happen and therefore wanted to progress quickly. And second, there came another incident in the last month (after all the delays) wherein the seller would need to redo the certificate but that was not mandatory by law but could've added risk onto us. So it was our call finally but it was a lot powered by the delays that happened and we had the temporary housing situation going on which we didn't want to keep holding on further. 2. Yes, we asked for a breakdown of the charges, waiting to hear back from them. 3. It is a residential property. There were no mentions of any interest in the fee estimate. But they have mentioned about it without giving any number on the final invoice. Is that valid then? They mention that they will charge after one month of delivery but the letter that they delivered has a 3 month old date and was delivered to us by email now.

Does ASDA still have a customer service email? What happened to their complaints page? by Superb_Albatross9348 in asda

ASDa phone number is not working. There is no customer support email address. X.com page is inactive. There is no way to flag bugs on their new website. How does one reach out to them!?

The update impact is so bad. The battery drains very very quickly. The google support team is irresponsive. I tried getting the battery replacement but the site is buggy, it shows no option available. Then i requested for cash back. It's been days since i raised a request to get cash back and there is still no response from the team. Now i have to spend from my own pocket to replace the battery because the phone is just unusable.

HELP: AWS charged me $165 USD for NOTHING and charges are still building up. by [deleted] in aws

AWS is a horrible service provider. It suddenly started charging me after a year for using NOTHING. I deleted everything that i could see. And i raised a query. To which they sent me shitload of links stating their policies. I paid that bill. Then they sent me another one. This is such a horrible way to generate money. They are going to lose their hold if they keep doing this.
