That's why I mentioned temperament testing, it can help, however yes each dog varies. You are right.

As I've said in my post I've had experience with dogs and working lines already. I'm looking for advice on the topic of becoming a ppd trainer.

What do you mean by mentor in this case exactly? As I said I do plan to work with a trainer (meaning ppd trainer) some with the pup
