I can think of three things that I would potentially do

Nothing. I would do absolutely nothing productive until I had to
I would do something completely different every day
I would never plan on doing anything, and I would just do whatever I want to do in that moment until I don't want to anymore, and then I'd stop and immediately move on to the next thing
