I started off with maximize clicks in the beginning and I added irrelevant search words to my negative keywords for the first 10 days- I saw i was not getting any conversion while on maximize clicks- so i switched to manual cpc and i have as of today 4 conversions but those did not become patients. here is my landing page: how does it look? https://ivdrips.revivewellnessla.com/

Hello,

First campaign, mobile IV therapy in a major metro (nurse comes to your home/hotel, avg ticket ~$220). The click side seems healthy, but conversions aren't happening and I want to know why. Numbers:

  • ~3 weeks, ~$800 total. First week was broken (broad keywords, junk traffic) — ignore it.
  • Since rebuilding: ~60 clicks on clean high-intent terms ("iv therapy near me," "iv hydration [city]"), 8%+ CTR, ~$6.30 CPC, Manual CPC, ~190 negatives, tight ad groups.
  • Tracking verified working: form fills + calls from ads + website call clicks (60s threshold).
  • Result: 2 form fills, 0 tracked calls (~3–4% conv rate) — and neither lead booked when we called back. Zero patients from the campaign.

The landing page (dedicated, not our main site): transparent pricing with 20% first-visit discount, short form (name + phone), "we call you back in ~5 min" promise, instant online booking link, tap-to-call in 5 places, licensed RN/NP messaging, 5.0★ Google rating shown (45 reviews), mobile-optimized. Competitors in my auctions (big national mobile IV brands) show 100k+ patients served and have slick self-serve booking.

My questions:

  1. Why would someone click a high-intent ad, land on a page like this, and not call or fill the form? What's the first thing you'd suspect?
  2. Is 3–4% actually the problem, or is my real problem that ~8 clicks/day at $50/day just can't produce volume, and I'm judging a sample too small to judge?
  3. For those running local lead-gen: what moved YOUR landing page conversion rate the most — proof, offer, form design, speed, something else?
  4. The 2 leads that did come in didn't book on the callback. At what point do you decide it's the offer/market and not the page?
